COVERAGE

Our policy provides comprehensive cover against the risks of physical loss or damage to goods which you are shipping domestically or internationally by sea, air (including courier) and land.

The cover includes, but not limited to:

Institute Cargo Clauses (A);
Institute Cargo Clauses (B);
Institute Cargo Clauses (C);
Port-to-port cover;
Door-to-door cover;
War and strike risk; or
Storage cover during the regular course of transit, etc.,

IMPORTANT NOTES

Major Exclusions

Wilful misconduct of the Assured;
Ordinary wear and tear or leakage;
Ordinary loss in weight or volume;
Insufficient or unsuitable packing;
Insolvency of ship owners or charterers;
Unseaworthiness of vessels, crafts or containers; and
War, riots, civil commotion, insurrection, or any hostile act by any terrorist or any person acting from a political motive unless covered under Institute War Clauses and Institute Strikes Clauses
