3. Repatriation Expenses

Reimbursement of clinical expenses (including fees of physiotherapist ) orbone-setting expenses incurred for medical treatment of accidental injury or sickness

5. Surgical and Hospitalization Expenses

6. Dental Expenses

Cash allowance to the Employer commencing from the 4th day of hospital confinement of the Domestic Helper

8. Replacement Helper Expenses

Reimbursement of reasonable and necessary expenses incurred for hiring a new helper

9. Medical Expenses for Abuse of Insured & Family Members

Reimbursement of reasonable and necessary medical expenses incurred by Insured and/or Family Member who sustains bodily injury caused by intentional malicious act of the Domestic Helper

10. Fidelity Guarantee

Reimbursement to the Insured for direct loss of money or property, through any dishonest or criminal act committed by the Domestic Helper

11. Lock Replacement Expenses

Reimbursement of replacement of lock at the place of employment if a valid claim is payable under Section 10 – Fidelity Guarantee of this Policy

12. Domestic Helper Legal Liability

Important Notes

This insurance is for full-time overseas employee engaged for domestic duties only.
The insured domestic helper is aged between 18 and 60.
A 14-day of waiting period from the effective date of this Policy shall be applicable to Sections 4-7 of Coverage Table &/or Heart Disease and Cancer Extension. No benefits shall be payable under these Sections during such period.
Any claim for Accidental Death Benefit under Section 2 of this insurance shall be payable to the Domestic Helper's legal representative.
The domestic helper never had under any condition for which to require medical or surgical treatment.
The policyholder never had domestic helper insurance declined, cancelled or refused to renew by any insurance company.

Major Exclusions

Accident or sickness of Domestic Helper sustained or contracted outside Hong Kong.
Any disease existed prior to the effective date of the policy
Suicide (other than specified under sections 3 and 8), psychiatric or mental disorders, congenital abnormalities, HIV, sexually transmitted disease, pneumoconiosis, heart disease, cancer, infertility, sterilization, pregnancy, drug addiction, physical check-ups and cosmetic or plastic surgery.
Any late payment surcharge that the Employer liable under the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance.
War and warlike operation, terrorism, nuclear energy and radiation.
